I'll take these type of games from Dre. We don't need him to go out there and score 15+ per night, we already have the fire power. As long as he is out there competing hard on defense like he did today, he'll be fine

JJ doing well doesn't justify management not getting good returns for John, but JJ makes the blow softer. No doubt.

The facts are that we didn't have a consistent enough group that could score, to have Trae take less shots and not score a ton of points to win a game.

Trae only took 15 shots tonight, and we scored 123 points as a team.  That does not happen in past years.

That's great and never works in the playoffs , just like some other players we talk about

Excellent road win.  Vintage nuclear quarter from Trae, OO out here sharp shooting (20 for 21 from the line on the season ), everyone hit the offensive glass, and what more can you say about JJ: gotta be near the top of any early MIP lists.  
 

Not even 7 games into the season and the Hawks have a chance to clearly surpass last season’s best win streak (Pacers, Raptors, Knicks, heat, Mavericks) in terms of length and quality with a win in OKC.  Let’s MFing Go.
