They must not have been watching in the first half, when the refs literally were taking points off the board from us with those and-1 no calls. Then turn around and allow their guys a courtesy dribble and everything and still get and-1's. But the refs were helping us? Those refs were trash for most of the game.

I think they were bad for us in the 1st half, bad for them in the 2nd half.  But the reality is they shouldn't be bad at all.

I mean, they were noticeably bad at times.  Inexplicably so.

What do folks think of the Edwards 2 T's?  It seemed clear to me that he earned both, for different reasons.  The 1st was for the language.

The 2nd was for continuing to pursue the ref, not allowing him to exit the scenario.  If he would've stopped for a second and gotten outta the way, I imagine the ref would've moved toward the scorer's table to give him a chance to calm down.

Sounds like the MIN fans all think the refs decided to give us the game.  Like when has that ever happened?

Huh? If anything most calls went against us. Bill Kennedy doesn’t know what an AND 1 is, both Trae and Lou. The reffing was bad but if anything for both sides not only against them.

I haven't sifted through this thread but what's the thoughts on JC being lifted for Gallo the last 2 minutes?  Is it just better perimeter D?   who'd of thought Gallo would be a defensive sub.

Great win!  Very entertaining game.   OO.   OO.  That's all i can say.

John fouled out the game.  That's why Gallo came back in.

Yeah I was hot when JC fouled out. They had given him back to back terrible calls for I think his 3rd and 4th fouls in the second half. When he fouled out I stood up and gave him a standing ovation. He really played his ass off in that game.

I was very surprised the Twolves moved away from getting KAT the ball and then D'lo in the second half. I am glad they kept missing one of their free throws for several trips down the court. Apparently if they missed both the whole crowd would get a free Chick-fil-a sammich. Now I know why the home crowd is so much louder in the 4th for visiting free throw attempts.

It was like they flipped a switch with how much more into it got the crowd into trying to boo their free throws. Marketing genius. I am a little salty I didn't get a free sammich but its ok. We won.

And the refs were terrible. I don't know how many times we should have gotten And 1 and the ref just said no basket, foul on the floor or no continuation on the shot. it was nuts.

LOL . . Bogi passes the ball?

I'm just saying.  There are teams that have 2-guards that are anything from defensive specialists or hired guns.

I said 2 years ago, that Hunter could give teams major problems, if he were to play the 2 and the 3, instead of the 3 and the 4.

To me, he's more of a pure wing that can play SG, than a hybrid SF that can play the 4.

Bogi is a much better passer than Hunter, 4.3 assists per 36 mins compared to Hunter's 1.9. He can also dribble the ball up the court, which Hunter cannot.

I missed it too. I don't think they mentioned it in the telecast.

I wonder how many times it's happened. 41 home games, an opposing player missing two free throws. I'm guessing only two or three times a year.

In the modern NBA yea, I'd wager it's rare as hell. Never would have had this promo back in the 90s lol.
